TERMS & CONDITION GAIA BALI TOUR
1. The Content Include & Excludes Tour Price :
The price of tour includes : English Speaking Driver, Gasoline, Full AC Car, Entrance Ticket, Meal, WIFI.
The price of tour excludes : Personal Expense, Travel Insurance.
2. Tour Price :
We endeavour to ensure that all of the information and prices both on our website and in our brochures are accurate.
All prices which is presented for service and product. Price shown is valid and no hidden charge.
3. Payment Method :
Gaia Bali Tour accept payment via cash/online transfer.
4. Reservation & Deposit :
A deposit is required upon of booking, the balance of payment must be paid up 7 days before the Tour commences.
Minimum deposit is 30 % of the tour fares.
5. Cancelation Policy :
Cancellation fee to 30% of the total payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled.
No-Show will be charge of 100% of the total payment.
6. Travel Insurance :
All travelers are recommended to purchase travel insurance.
7. Privacy Policy :
All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. Your reservation is abolutely secure.
8. Law & Jurisdiction :
These terms and conditions are governed by Republik Indonesia law and any dispute arising between the parties is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republik Indonesia.
