You probably want to take some yoga courses while you're in Bali if you're thinking about going there. Since yoga is growing in popularity and Bali is well-known for its healing and spirituality, this area of the market is starting to get fairly congested. In order to help you decide where to go to practice yoga while you're here, I have diligently put up my Ultimate Guide To Yoga In Bali.
1. Shala Yoga in Seminyak
Seminyak Yoga Shala is located in the town's center, just 5 minutes from Seminyak Beach. It welcomes you in an oasis just a few steps from Seminyak's busy streets, away from your busy everyday life, or from your activity-filled Bali vacation, and offers a wide variety of different yoga programs.

Courses are kept quiet (and bug-free) by being held in an enclosed area on the first floor. After a restful and stimulating session, enjoy yourself in the vegan-vegetarian-friendly cafe next door and shop for all things yoga in the boutique downstairs.
2. Prana Spa
Incredible beauty treatments and outstanding yoga sessions are available at one of Seminyak's best spas! You will have a ton of options with up to three classes offered each day, and what better sequence than yoga followed by a massage?

You may practice yoga in the ideal setting because Prana Spa was created with a strong Indian and Middle Eastern influence. Check out their website to see what will work best for you because they also offer whole retreat packages.
3. Jiwa Bikram Yoga
If you regularly practice yoga but haven't tried Bikram, I strongly advise you to! Bikram yoga entails doing a predetermined yoga sequence in a room that has been heated to a precise 37 degrees. Why would you practice this in Bali, which is already warm and muggy? There are a lot of causes!

If you're going to attempt it for the first time, this is a terrific place to do it because the instructors are really knowledgeable and experienced. Everything of your body will be worked during this session, leaving you feeling both physically and psychologically strong.
4. Ubud Yoga House
This location just has one yoga studio, but it's a really wonderful one, and it's probably the most picturesque! Simply take in the scenery from your mat. You'll think you're in Bali when you're tucked away among the rice paddies.

There are only a few yoga lessons available each day, but if you're looking for something different, it's worth going! Magic!
5. Radiantly Alive
A stunning, up-to-date yoga studio with the newest equipment, where the instructors are highly knowledgeable. This is a must-visit if you routinely practice yoga because it offers a vast choice of many different forms of yoga.

You will definitely learn a lot here because the instructors are really knowledgeable.
6. Sanctum Yoga - Nusa Penida
Beginners to experts of all skill levels can use this location. We are confident that you will love your stay here, which is situated in a stunning yoga studio managed by welcoming and competent teachers. A variety of daily yoga courses are offered in this hospitable setting, including SKY yoga (aerial hammock yoga, yes, it exists).

Why not take one of our Nusa Penida day tours while you're here? Please Check Our Service
7. Sannyaās Yoga Academy
This location is unique because it is one of the few yoga studios in the Bukit that provides longer retreats and yoga teacher training. This place has a strong emphasis on transformative practice and has the potential to be truly life-changing.

You may go surfing in between yoga lessons at this location on Uluwatu Cliff, which is approximately five minutes from the stunning Thomas Beach.
8. Desa Seni
Desa Seni is probably one of the most beautiful yoga resorts Iāve ever seen. Set just outside of Canggu, it feels like entering another world when you walk into those beautiful gardens. Offering accommodation and daily yoga classes from dedicated, passionate teachers - youāll never want to leave!

They also run regular yoga teacher training if you feel like taking the next step on your yoga journey. Oh, and did I mention the spa?!
